Position: Water Truck Driver
Location: North Dakota
Responsibilities for the Water Truck Driver:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting salt water and fresh water to well sites and disposals
- Filling frac tanks on site
- Gauging and recording levels on production water tanks
- Properly inspecting equipment on a daily basis
- Properly completing paper work and logs
- Performing Pre and Post trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
- Working tanks of water utilizing Basin Service guidelines
- Maintain a safe and clean driving record
- Attending monthly safety meetings
- Following all guidelines and policies set by Basin Service and our customers
- Complying with all DOT regulations
- Other Duties may be assigned
Required Experience and Skills for the Water Truck Driver:
- Previous experience operating a Class A vehicle
- Ability to operate in adverse weather conditions, including off road
- Ability to operate a 13 and 15 gear semi
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to chain up truck and trailer when on the job
- Knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment related to work activities
- Ability to abide all DOT rules and regulations
Licenses and Certifications:
- Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Tanker endorsement
- Double/Triples endorsement
- OSHA 10 hr certification
